I came across this Denis Waitley quote whilst traipsing through the Internet many years ago, and even though as an accountant, I perhaps lack plenty of imagination and innovation, I used whatever of both I could muster to make 'Essen' a reality

Ever since I moved to London, I was looking for a project I could do outside of my day job. After trying some things with no avail, I realised I was forcing the issue

Articulating dining and discovery has been a passion of mine, and through this platform, I want to realise my dream

I have been privileged to eat at some of London's finest restaurants, and it seemed the right time to share my experiences with deliberating diners

'Essen' provides the missing link in people's culinary journeys whilst providing me the literary platform to talk about my passion. I loved creating 'Essen' and I hope you enjoy what it has to offer
